上場後、株価の低迷に苦しむ、サイバーエージェントの藤田社長。楽天の三木谷社長との会話。

「三木谷社長、今度の四半期決算厳しそうです･････」
「そうなんだ？」
「なんとか、黒字は確保しなければと思っているのですが･････」
「いいよ、そんなの。もっと中長期の経営を目指してるんだろ？」
「はい」
「だったら、自分の信念を貫けよ」

信念を貫けよー。

その言葉にははっとさせられました。上場してから今まで、ずっと何かに振り回されているようでした。
